this hotel is a short walk to the city center. this location allows easy access to many main attractions. i enjoyed the closeness to the places i really wanted to see, , made it so easy.

the breakfast had lots of choice, so you wont find anything you dislike. i found good food at the rooftop restaurant. it was very special and everyone can find something that they like, they had a variety of foods.

i stayed in a double or twin room it was a decent size. the air conditioning worked well i always appreciate that. i also found the staff spoke good english that helped a lot.

This hotel is amazing! the location was super convenient. I walked to most attractions. i especially loved the breakfast buffet, with many tasty options available. the room was great (it had such great light!), i will say.
I noticed the gym was a bit small. It could use more equipment.

the double or twin room featured a large bed and a sparkling bathroom with fresh towels. air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room at a perfect temperature, plus, the room was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.

the staff members were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. they provided prompt service (really appreciated the help with luggage!) and addressed every request efficiently.

The hotel location was fairly convenient. The tram and metro access were close. These provided easy access to the central area. I also found a supermarket not far away.
The gym equipment was a bit limited. I noted only three treadmills were available. there was only one small weight station. The bathtub proved slippery. It felt unsafe to use without proper grips.

The breakfast buffet had some variety, yet the hot food seemed greasy and unappetizing. I chose other options. the air conditioning in my room seemed stuck. I couldn't adjust it, so the room got quite cold at night. It was not a pleasant experience..

The hotel offers a public parking garage. Direct access to the hotel exists from the garage. I got a discount as a guest. The pool area is very nice. A large patio exists around the pool where drinks and food is served.
The air conditioning did not provide heat. The window allowed cold air inside.
