Fantastic Stay!

I found the location stellar. It is so close to major attractions. The staff members were super friendly. I got great recommendations for restaurants and I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It had fine views. I had a blast.
The only downside was a noticeable smell of drains in the reception area sometimes. Thankfully, this smell did not extend to my room, so it wasn't a major issue for me.

The laminate flooring in my room was damaged and lifting. The shower drain was clogged, leading to flooding in the hall. Despite reporting this, the issue persisted. The roof pool was shaded most of the day.

the lighting in the room was especially lovely. I Found the coffee machine particularly useful each morning, it elevates the start of your day. The perfect cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out to me.
I Noticed some marks on the walls within the room, that detracted slightly from the overall immaculate feel, though this was a minor issue.

The room featured many details that enhanced my stay such as great soundproofing, a comfortable king-size bed, and many mirrors. All contributed to a peaceful and restful environment. Air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay, it kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

The location was unbeatable , just steps from everything ! our room was fabulous . I loved the modern design and the super comfy bed. i really appreciated the housekeeping service . My room was super clean every single day.
i did notice the walls seemed a bit thin , i could hear some noise from the hallway. it wasn't a huge issue , but something to be aware of.

the location was great. it was less than five minutes walking distance from the cathedral (i found this very convenient). the staff was lovely. rooms included everything needed and were clean.
the laminate flooring in the room was damaged. it was lifting when walked on (this was quite annoying). marks were all over the walls. stains were visible on the curtains.

My room faced the street. Noise from outside made sleep difficult. I think double glazing is necessary. the breakfast was not good. The buffet had limited options. I think a better selection of items is required.

Really good Location, Comfortable Stay

The room provided sufficient space and a functional layout. I found the beds spacious and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day. The bathroom fixtures worked efficiently, and the water pressure was consistently strong. I also appreciated the ability to stream content from my devices to the TV for convenient viewing.
The hotel parking was located a bit far away. I had to take a taxi with luggage under the sun.
