flawless stay
christmas decorations special atmosphere beautifully prepared food nice stay
The christmas decorations were exquisite. its location is great. i found the food to be beautiful. Each dish was prepared and presented perfectly. the staff were great too ensure my stay was nice.
the hallways were hard to navigate initially, and it took a few walks to become more familiar with the layout. we almost got lost.

the swimming pool and wellness area were classy and well-equipped, a great way to relax. the gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout. there are many different options for dining and drinking in the hotel.

The front desk service was super slick and extraordinary helpful. They helped with all my queries. breakfast in the gallery room was superb. Winni made sure all my needs were met. i felt the hotel culture was providing really good service.

helpful staff special check-in
The front desk staff was helpful with every request. A special kid's check-in allowed children to fill out forms and request cookies, delivered promptly. I appreciate the central location, which provides quick access to various places.
I found some of the decor in the lobby unattractive. The all-tan stripped-down room looked like a two-star hotel. I was expecting something more upscale.

luxury touch personal attention level of care
My spa treatments were really good, especially the facial treatments. I noticed amazing results after only one visit. The spa provided luxury touches and personal attention everywhere. I appreciated the level of care from the entire spa team.
I noticed the minibar lacked a variety of options. There were no snacks and wine available. I would have liked to see a wider selection offered.

wonderful experience
amazing upgrade excellent training tasty breakfast
I received an unexpected upgrade to a mini suite. It was a pleasant surprise. the staff demonstrated excellent training and attentiveness to every detail! i found the breakfast selection really good and very tasty, ensuring a positive start to each day.
during my stay, i observed the public areas showing signs of wear, especially the furniture in the bedroom seemed quite tired.

slow elevator small fitness center
The elevator seemed slow, often taking a while to arrive. This delay sometimes made us late for our planned activities. the fitness center was surprisingly small. It had limited equipment and became crowded easily. This impacted my workout routine.

The spa was fine with beautiful changing rooms.
I stayed for several nights. There was a large protest right outside the hotel causing closures. The hotel KNEW about it but did not tell me.
