adequate stay with some drawbacks
outdated room mold
the location was quite convenient for accessing key attractions.
The room felt outdated, and some of the furniture showed wear and tear. I even noticed some mold in the bathroom. although the bathroom seemed renovated, the bedroom really needed attention. it reminded me of a significant discrepancy between the two spaces.

convenient location friendly staff relaxed atmosphere
I found the location quite convenient for accessing local transport and shops. I was pleased with the friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere. The decor's traditional look matched the website descriptions well. I also found a lovely quiet square nearby.
My room was quite small. Particularly, the bathroom and shower felt cramped. The room also did not warm up sufficiently, a concern, as it was very cold outside. Consequently, the room remained cold despite adjusting the thermostat.

The staff provided helpful and friendly assistance when needed. Antonio particularly stood out. He. Their attentiveness contributed positively to our visit overall.

Really good Stay Near Piazza San Marco
helpful staff calm location convenient access luxurious space
The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to major attractions like St Mark's Square. It was still a calm and quiet location. I found canal access allowed for convenient water taxi pick-up directly from the hotel. This made airport transfers hassle-free. The breakfast was delicious. The dining space felt both luxurious and comfortable.
The air conditioning felt slightly underpowered when fighting the warm days.

The concierge provided local recommendations, especially useful. Staff coordinated transportation and ensured I was taken care of. The front desk helped setting up a private tour to Murano Island.

friendly staff furnished interior convenient location
The staff was friendly and remembered my coffee order each morning. My room included a well furnished interior and a functional lift. The location was also convenient with close proximity to a water bus stop.
