polite staffbuffet option
The staff were polite and cute. Scott was efficient. He ensured pints were pulled and we were checked in. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order. A buffet option WAS also available.
I dined in the bar, not ideal. I think the wine was not available by the glass so I purchased a full bottle.

scott greeted us warmly it was a nice welcome. the food was lovely i thought it was a good selection. our room had quality fittings there were plenty of fluffy towels
the wifi was not good i had issues connecting. the room got too warm it was uncomfortable. there were no plugs by the bedside it was annoying

i found the staff very accommodating and friendly, a wonderful team. the spacious superior double room had an comfortable bed. the power shower was awesome, delivering a refreshing experience. the amazing views of the surrounding countryside added a touch of magic to the stay.
the checkout time on the website differed from what i was told at the desk. it was a minor inconvenience.

the room felt acceptable.
the room really got on my nerves as mold covered areas near the bath. spotlights werent working correct and dangled from the bathroom ceiling. only two sockets were in the room, which really wasnt enough.

the room was large and clean. I appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. the lovely biscuits provided. the staff were friendly, especially mo, who welcomed me and showed me to my room.
I found that the wine was not available by the glass. i had to purchase a full bottle, a bit much. the poached eggs were undercooked. The whites were runny. ALSO, the coffee was thin and watery.
