adequate stay with some letdowns
stale pastriesoverdone salmon
the food quality was inconsistent . my salmon fillet was overdone and dry, i found this disappointing. breakfast pastries were stale, it also lessened the dining experience. the lack of attention to detail in the kitchen impacted the overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel grounds were expansive with beautiful greenery. I received a welcome glass of bubbly upon arrival. The reception areas were tastefully decorated and felt smart. Breakfast included plenty of choices, and the staff were helpful.
The hotel rooms show some signs of wear, appearing slightly tired which is a minor detail given the overall experience.

My room was consistently clean. It was comfortable with nice toiletries provided. The bed felt heavenly. The sheets were so smooth. I rested well each night.

The staff provided excellent service. Oliver was attentive. He gave amazing service in the dining area. Izzy always had a smile and was friendly. She was polite when dealing with customers.

The leisure area was fabulous with good facilities. The spa treatments met a high standard. The gym was well appointed. The pool included a jacuzzi for relaxation.

the grounds were beautiful (i spent a while walking around). the gym also had plenty of equipment for a good workout.
the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. i could not control the temperature, and it was too warm.
