Mediocre stay. Noise issues, some positives
loud noise stopped wi-fi
the location was acceptable for exploring the city.
i previously stayed at these apartments and was disappointed this time. the room i got was on the ground floor. the noise from the people above was loud. wi-fi and tv access suddenly stopped working on the second day.

hot water issue significant problem
the reception staff were friendly and helpful, acceptable.
the lack of hot water was a significant issue. we needed to ask for it to be fixed every time we wanted a shower. this happened several times , it became quite frustrating (especially with the cold weather).

The apartment included a washing machine with capsules. I appreciated the tea and coffee selection, as it was replenished daily. The location was conveniently near a Coop supermarket.
My room faced the main street, so street noise was an issue. Car traffic was quite loud. The noise and vibration affected my sleep. The cost should be lower for rooms facing the street.
