lovely hotel with great service

my classic double room had a very nice size and a large window. i found the bathroom super clean with fluffy towels provided. the breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a wide array of cheeses. i also saw there was a coffee machine available in the lobby for complimentary use.

the breakfast area featured a self-service buffet with options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and various cereals. i notice there was a selection of fresh fruit, juices, and yogurts available too. a nice start of the day.

The location proved convenient for accessing major sites.
I found the room rather disappointing given the price point. The cold water faucet in the bathroom did not function and a broken wine glass greeted me upon arrival. the distance to attractions proved further than expected.

I enjoyed the hotel location, close to many attractions. The main train station and metro were not far. I received great recommendations from the friendly staff. My room had good facilities and modern decoration.
The room I booked looked larger in pictures than in reality. This was a minor suite! I needed space because I traveled with a baby. I found this situation a little expensive.

The Beautiful Double or Twin Room had adequate space and good natural light. I enjoyed having a safe and a minibar in my room. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for added convenience.

The reception staff assisted me with directions. They were always available and very polite. I appreciated the prompt response to my inquiries and found the check-in process fast. I felt very welcome.

The hotel had a very central position near public transport and popular landmarks. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk. I found the neighborhood safe and quiet and everything accessible.

excellent stay near termini station

The hotel was very easy to reach from termini station. i was able to walk there in about ten minutes. i also appreciated that most major sites were within walking distance. I did not need any other transportation. the staff arranged a taxi to the airport at a fair, fixed price. it was exactly as i had requested when i booked the room.
the cold water faucet of the bathroom sink was a bit loose, and it did not work perfectly. it could use a little maintenance.

Breakfast offered a wide selection. i saw lots of choices and the food tasted fresh. i also noted the quality of the items. It seemed to be high. the breakfast room was clean and well-kept.
