ineffective air conditioningunhelpful staff
My stay had some notable issues. The air conditioning was not effective , causing discomfort during warmer periods. I also found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful when I inquired about local amenities and services. These aspects detracted from what could have been a better experience.

mixed experience at this location
easy accessdamaged wallsunfriendly staff
the location was acceptable, with easy access to trastevere across the bridge.
My room was not excellent. The closet door barely slid shut. the walls looked damaged. the staff seemed unfriendly. They brushed off my request for travel assistance (i guess i was on my own).

charmed by the location and breakfast
superb locationdelicious breakfastsecure atmosphere
the location was superb it was like i was in the heart of everything. breakfast was delicious with a large variety to choose from. i enjoyed the secure atmosphere of the hotel.
rooms were cold and temperature could not he set higher than 22 degrees the bathroom was colder than 20 degrees and it took probably 2 hours to warm up the shower head was not movable, made taking a shower a slighly unpleasant experience

delicious breakfastrooftop barprivate transfer
The breakfast was delicious! it was served in the courtyard. Made for a charming start to the day. the rooftop bar provided magical drinks, i really enjoyed the atmosphere. the hotel also arranged a private transfer to the airport for me, and my departure was easy.
the room decor seemed a little dated though it was clean.
