Really good Accommodations and Service

I stayed in a prestige room. The hotel provided a taxi pickup from the airport, seamless. Upon arrival, I was pleased with an unexpected room upgrade. The room included two bathrooms and a living room. It was spacious and well-appointed.
The rooms appear slightly dated. A refurbishment is needed.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff were very cute and thoughtful, particularly on a difficult journey. The staff was helpful with reservations, guided tours and general information.

The hotel is in walking distance to Via Veneto and the Piazza di Spagna. The hotel location is amazing. The hotel has a quiet part of town. It is a few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps.

limited breakfastno mirror
The breakfast was very limited. there was no indoor bar available to sit at in the evening. also, i found no mirror, except in the bathroom. I had no other place to do makeup and get dressed, and there was no full-length mirror available at all.. quite inconvenient.

I appreciated the great location. It was easy to walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps in about 10 minutes. The rooftop bar Adèle had really fine views, though the service was generally fabulous.
The rooms felt a bit dated. I found that there was no mirror except in the bathroom. There was nowhere other than the bathroom to do makeup and get dressed. I also noticed no full-length mirror was available.
