the breakfast was good and had many options. the staff name jenny was helpful. the hotel was close to the central railway station. i found the location useful.
the ac did not work in our room. there was no ventilation. it was sunday so nobody came to fix it. i would have liked an apology.

romantic getaway near termini
great locationlocal restaurantsplastic pad
the location was superb, just a short walk from termini station (very helpful with luggage). the breakfast on the rooftop was nice, with a view of the basilica. i found some good local restaurants just around the corner. we could easily reach all the main attractions.
our room felt quite dated and could use some updating. the wallpaper had some stains and the furniture showed its age with scratches. i also found the bed rather firm, with a plastic pad that wasn't the most comfortable.

I found the location very convenient, close to the main train station. The rooftop bar was excellent. It offered beautiful views. Christian, the server, provided very good service. the staff's service was excellent and attentive.
The hotel could use some updating. The decor feels vintage. I noticed the wallpaper was stained and old. Some furniture was scratched, showing its age.
