the hotel location was quite nice.
The room furniture seemed outdated. the mattress felt uncomfortable. It had thin covers and flat pillows, i didn't have the best night's sleep. tv reception was not good either, channels had bad signal so i used my own data.

I totally adored my room. It had a balcony. i could see everything. There was a gorgeous view of the river and railway. i really enjoyed dinner there, it had a fantastic table right by the window, i didn't want to leave!
the price was too high! the room needed an upgrade. it was missing a place for three people to put stuff in the bathroom.

The dining area features large windows. these windows offer beautiful river views while you eat! the breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries. It has a selection of fruit juices. I had a very tasty welsh cake.

Reception staff were available 24/7. They offered quick assistance. the hotel provided daily housekeeping, keeping everything tidy. i felt very pampered. This service was definitely a plus.

The setting was scenic i will say that. our room, the twin room, had a noticeable musty odor. i also thought the breakfast was subpar. The pastries seemed stale, and the coffee was not hot enough. the staff seemed disinterested.
