fresh flowersexcellent service
The room decor was stylish. It featured fresh flowers. Complimentary shortbread, tea, and cake were also present. The service was excellent throughout. Staff were attentive and were great too ensure a comfortable stay.
The shower's temperature and flow were temperamental.

my room, it was room 3, had such a beautiful presented vibe and was very clean! they even put lovely flowers in our bathroom, so gorgeous! the staff really were pretty good, it.
the car park was small and totally full when i got there around 3:30. i had to park at budgens, that was fine with the voucher. i thought the service was a bit slow. drinks came out with the hot food, so strange!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It had lots of lovely details. The breakfast had really good quality and choice.
The water filter in the room was not clean. It was not topped up with water after housekeeping had been there. Light switch placement in the room was odd. Three switches were directly on the headboard, and I kept hitting my head on them in the night. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was very bad.

weak pressureslow service
I was a little disappointed with a few things . the water pressure in the shower was very weak. it made it hard to rinse shampoo, and it took ages to wash. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear doors slamming shut late at night and early in the morning. it disrupted my sleep a bit, frustrating. i really needed a good rest. we loved the restaurant. but the breakfast service was so slow!
