The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My room had amazing views, and it was worth the climb to the top of the stairs to see it. The fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch instead of UHT milk! Breakfast was DELICIOUS with a lot of variety.

The room was a little cold, I could not seem to adjust the radiators. There were also limited options for vegetarians at dinner.
