A Decent Stay in a Central Location

The hotel had a beautiful breakfast. The staff were attentive. The hotel's location is in a perfect part of the city. Bars and restaurants surrounded the premises.
The room was not the one I saw on the website. The website listed far more equipment. The room was somewhat more modern, though this was not a problem.

I totally adored the breakfast setup! the dining room had this view of the canal, it was super pretty. the garden was a quiet spot too. It faces the canal. you can get to the place by water taxi, it's awesome.
our room was real small. plus, i thought we were closer to the main attractions, but we weren't. it meant we had to take a taxi a lot, costing more than we thought it would.

i appreciated the helpful staff. they promptly answered questions and provided restaurant recommendations. housekeeping kept the room super clean and tidy. i found it easy to get around using water taxis due to the hotel backing onto a canal.
i noticed the room size was smaller than expected. i thought it would be closer to the main attractions. this meant additional taxi costs. i will consider this for future stays.
