the location was convenient near the train station which was helpful after a long journey.
the front desk service left much to be desired the men working there seemed uninterested in assisting guests when i asked about cooling the room since the ac was off for the season i was dismissed also the room was above the laundry area adding to the discomfort i'm not sure it merits its rating.

The location have flat walk from the train station, it was easy. The hotel is near great spots in the district. The patio is right on the Canal Grande, its perfect for morning coffee. I really enjoyed how clean was the hotel room and entire building.
The staff was not always friendly. The breakfast area got crowded at peak times.

My room featured a grand canal view. It really was a treat. the bathroom included all necessary amenities. breakfast tables were set right on the waterfront, it felt luxurious!!!

i stayed for a few nights and found the location convenient. it is near the train station, water taxi, and bus stops. the room i had was spacious. i enjoyed a magnificent view from it.
some staff members were unfriendly and did not provide helpful information upon arrival. i asked for basic details and reminded me of an intrusion with blunt responses.
