the location near the train station was very convenient i stored my bags before check in to explore the city without luggage the breakfast included good variety i found the staff friendly and helpful
the room i had overlooked bins it was a bit disappointing i expected a better view

The hotel is a short walk from Santa Lucia Train Station. It took me about 5 minutes. I enjoyed breakfast with a view of the Grand Canal, AMAZING!!! The room was spacious. the AC worked great. The bathroom included a shower in the smaller bath.
I noticed threadbare carpets in the hallway.

The hotel includes a terrace near the pier where guests can relax, this area faces the Grand Canal. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, this is VERY useful. Cleanliness is maintained in common areas.

the breakfast was a HUGE letdown. there wasn't much variety and the quality was just not there. the juice tasted watered down and the pastries were stale. it was definitely not the breakfast i expected for the price i paid. this hotel really needs to improve this aspect!!!

the location was convenient near the train station which was helpful after a long journey.
the front desk service left much to be desired the men working there seemed uninterested in assisting guests when i asked about cooling the room since the ac was off for the season i was dismissed also the room was above the laundry area adding to the discomfort i'm not sure it merits its rating.

The location have flat walk from the train station, it was easy. The hotel is near great spots in the district. The patio is right on the Canal Grande, its perfect for morning coffee. I really enjoyed how clean was the hotel room and entire building.
The staff was not always friendly. The breakfast area got crowded at peak times.
