The hotel provided free bottled water. That was convenient.
The room was dusty! A layer of dust was on surfaces after only half a day. The cleaning lady did not remove food packaging left on the first day, and it remained there for four nights.

The room had many convenient items in the bathroom like a towel sponge, lotion, face care, and shaving liquid. I really appreciated the hotel being next to a convenience store. It was also close to a train station.

The hotel is located very close to Kitahama station. Two konbini stores are conveniently located across the street. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the well-equipped bathroom. The staff was helpful in organizing luggage transfer to my next destination.
The beds were a little hard for my liking.

i stayed for five nights. the staff was very friendly. fresh towels were provided daily and i appreciated that. the location was quite nice, there was a good italian restaurant called piccolomondo a short walk away.
The room was a bit small. it was like an older business hotel. the bed was REALLY small, it was a double bed about 130cm wide. I expected more. the ac was blowing right on the bed, it was difficult to find a comfortable setting.
