the location offered a short train ride from the airport. i appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. breakfast was really good with many options.
i noticed the attitude of some front-line staff could improve as they seemed disinterested.

the location offers direct access to the rinku town station. this made commuting very easy for me. the room was large and included both a living room with a sofa and a bedroom. i had enough space to repack my bags after shopping.
my room was quite noisy, i could hear the trains passing by. it was unfortunate i could hear my neighbors above me as well. the exterior of the toilet needed a better cleaning.
