a gem found on museum island
spacious studioample closetconvenient locationfriendly staff
the studio was spacious with ample closet space that had a safe a desk a sitting area and a kitchenette with a washer. it was close to two ubahn stations and the museums and the cathedral. the opera house was only a short ten minute walk away. rooms were large and better than what they appear to be in pictures. there was a mini kitchen and large dressing area away from the sleeping area. the bed had comfortable memory foam and the room was very quiet. the location is wonderful with bus stops just outside and a short walk to other forms of transport. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
the room wasn't serviced daily we were told upon arrival that the room wouldn't be serviced . there was no replenishment of coffee or water or milk and the bin wasn't emptied.

the breakfast offered many different options for food and drink and tasted good. although the hotel only offers breakfast it is a great way to start the day. there are many nearby dining options.

the reception staff were polite cute and helpful assisting with all our needs. the night shift staff at the front desk were particularly helpful giving us great recommendations. the staff were always ready to assist.

the room was tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay and spacious design. malin & goetz toiletries were a lovely touch adding to the overall experience. it offered a beautiful space.

the room was spacious. i appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine in the kitchenette, it was very handy! the location was very convenient, near transport links.
the hotel wanted extra payment for parking, even though i had already paid a substantial amount for my stay.
