Fantastic Location and Modern Comforts
central location modern fittings
The location was a real highlight close to many great eateries and MRT stations. I also appreciated the housekeeping service my room was always super clean with fresh towels and toiletries thanks to Hui Long.

clean room polite staff
my room was clean. all staff were polite. i liked the location near chinatown attractions. diy laundry was available and useful. breakfast was tasty, with both local and familiar options.
i heard loud water sounds from the shower drain. it was weird and often disrupted my sleep.

the room included a king bed. a microwave was available for use. i appreciated the access to laundry facilities on my floor. the room size was adequate for my needs.

staff interactions were positive and efficient. the hotel emailed me about a forgotten necklace. they arranged shipping to netherlands with full support. service was excellent, and i felt valued as a guest.

The rooftop pool was nice. i especially liked the changing facilities there. the hotel let me change clothes and shower after i checked out. That was helpful.
