the location was great. it was near the monorail station. the staff were also very helpful, especially alvin. i really appreciated his assistance.
the rooftop pool was closed early because of a private event. the music was so loud. it was particularly bad because my room was on a low floor. the loud bass kept me awake.

i adored the helpful staff, they felt so cute, even greeting us with mocktails upon arrival. the pool was fine, with many seating areas. i especially loved the swim-up bar, such a treat. plus, i found it wonderful to get complimentary snacks during check-in.
i found it slightly inconvenient that reception took a while to answer the telephone.

I appreciated the clean room equipped with a rain shower. Unlimited drinking water was available and I used the coffee machine. I chose 5 minibar items per stay, it was a nice perk.
The rooftop pool had limited shade, this made it too hot at times.
