The environment is excellent. the rooms are clean and tidy. the private swimming pool is well maintained. the staff are very warm and helpful. They made everything convenient.
The location is too remote, and roads to bintan resident are rough. Damage exists due to many developments around.

yoga sessionsfriendly staff
the breakfast buffet presented many tasty options and the service was really good. i particularly appreciated the well-equipped gym and enjoyed daily yoga sessions, it helped me unwind, the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
sometimes there were not enough chairs available at the pool

our villa had direct access to the beach it felt so private. housekeeping created a teepee with toys for our little one everyday, this made him so happy. dining here was very nice with special vegetarian meals made just for me. mapur island had the most beautiful snorkeling, i was like a mermaid there.

the farm houses bunnies, chickens, ducks. i saw peacocks there, you could feed them. there is a low bank beach perfect for walking even when the sea is far away. sunrise there is dreamy.

our villa felt peaceful and spacious. it was equiped with what we needed. there were bicycles outside our villa, these made it easy to move around. i loved the daily gifts we found in the evening.
