convenient downtown stay
superb location business district satay street relaxed atmosphere
this hotel has a superb location near the business district. i found marina bay and chinatown within a short walk. the famous lau pa sat hawker centre is right across the street. satay street starts at the hotel's entrance. the hotel design is nice and i noticed a relaxed atmosphere.
the room felt slightly humid, even with the air conditioning. the air conditioning's temperature was preset. it only allowed for fan speed adjustments.

the room design is cozy. the staff always behave warmly and smile (i found them very cute). the hotel is quiet. a food hall near the hotel makes nights lively around the hotel location.

amazing stay!
central location satay street rooftop bar genuine staff
I loved the central location, it's perfect for exploring! the satay street right outside is awesome. the rooftop bar is a total oasis. the staff were so helpful and genuine. I felt right at home.
the gym hours were slightly limited.

Adequate stay AT the hotel
convenient location modern technology small room cold food
The location of the hotel WAS very convenient. It was easy to access various attractions. I appreciated the modern technology integrated into the room such AS the iPad for controlling room functions.
I found the standard king rooms a bit small. I HAD to pay extra for an upgrade to a larger room. Room service was also not satisfactory , as the food arrived cold after a long delay.

Central Stay with Excellent Location
helpful staff easy access street hawker wonderful view
I found the staff to be very helpful with baggage and check in. The location allowed easy access to many places by walking, including Chinatown. The hotel is directly across from a good street hawker venue. The rooftop pool area offers a wonderful view.
The lobby was sometimes full of luggage from people checking in or out. It looked messy and made it hard to appreciate the design. for SUCH a boutique hotel, i think there should be a storage room.
