The breakfast was great. The staff were always helpful and very friendly. I was able to easily walk to the main tourist attractions from the hotel.
The beautifully designed lobby was often full of luggage from people checking in or out. This made it look messy. I think a storage room for luggage would keep the lobby more presentable.

I found the staff to be very helpful with baggage and check in. The location allowed easy access to many places by walking, including Chinatown. The hotel is directly across from a good street hawker venue. The rooftop pool area offers a wonderful view.
The lobby was sometimes full of luggage from people checking in or out. It looked messy and made it hard to appreciate the design. for SUCH a boutique hotel, i think there should be a storage room.
