I found the opera king room spacious. the gym had multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. the rooftop bar had live music every night. The drinks were AMAZING!!!

The staff displayed a amazing level of attentiveness to every detail. i particularly valued the excellent premium lounge access, with its superb breakfast options. the location proved ideal. I found it convenient to explore many interesting sites nearby.

comfortable room very nice food great service
I booked a club access room and it was first class. Vip check-in was smooth and the room comfortable. club access gave me access to the lounge for breakfast and afternoon drinks, including canapés. the food was really very nice. the pool had great drink service and was quite big with plenty of space .
the bed mattress in my room was a little too soft for my preference.

breakfast offered a fabulous selection, and executive lounge privileges proved worthwhile. i enjoyed pastries, sushi, and fruits, so there was a great choice. i had at least three cups of coffee, including americano, latte, and vietnam iced coffee during breakfast.

The location is amazing. I could reach everything so easily. the pool area looked clean and inviting. the food was amazing!!! both at the cafe and through room service.

The rooftop bar happy hour on the ninth floor was a superb beginning to the evening. i appreciated the delicious food served there at fair prices. The views overlooking the city were amazing!!!
i found that the body wash in the shower was empty for three days. It was not refilled.

strong smell loud concert
the staff were attentive. everything was acceptable.
the room had a strong smell, possibly from wet carpets that never dried properly. it became worse with the air conditioning on, so i had to turn it off. also, there were loud concerts outside facing the opera house that went on until midnight (annoying after a long day). it really disrupted sleep.
