vintage charm and attentive service
attentive servicerestful holidaypoor spa
the hotel offers anything a guest may need. dining was nearby and the red bus and markets were within walking distance. any tour booked collected us with ease from this location and dropped us off with the same no fuss efforts. i found this to be a restful, fun, and romantic holiday.
the spa experience was disappointing for the cost. also, i was not notified about building maintenancewith a painter throwing a cigarette onto our balcony. the painter was outside the toilet windowwith no blind. the pool and bar area access was restricted one night.

the rooftop pool was very relaxing. the bar up there had a nice atmosphere. the breakfast buffet included many choices! i especially liked the fresh fruit.
the air conditioning unit made some noise during the night. i could see some wear and tear on the furniture. sometimes i had to wait a while.

the complimentary airport pick-up was smooth. chinh greeted me warmly and showed me my corner room boasting a skyline view.. i particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi located on the balcony and the intricate wooden details throughout the suite.
