Acceptable stay with some issues

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my requests.
The room smelled musty. I think it was from the air conditioning. The ventilation was not good in my room or the hallway. I paid a good amount for two nights, and I probably could have found a better deal for what I experienced.

The rooftop pool was a highlight. I especially liked the skyline views. i found the afternoon tea good. The selection was varied. the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. It made sightseeing easy.
The gym was smaller than i anticipated. Its size limited workout options.

a mixed bag, i guess

Okay, so, the room i got wasn't exactly what i pictured. the shower curtain situation was a bit of a mess. water went everywhere. and for the price, youd think they could keep the noise down. It was loud, every noise reminded me of it was right there in the room with me.

Mixed Experience due to Noise Level

The rooftop pool was a real bonus after hot days out visiting places. All the staff were wonderful and kind and gave recommendations of places to go.
I stayed on level 1, and the room was noisy. I could hear everyone in the hallway and constant water flushing from toilets above all through the night. There must have been a main water line above my room because I heard it all through the night.

the rooftop bar featured happy hour which was a plus. my room had very comfortable beds. breakfast included a great selection of food. the reception team provided super helpful service.
i stayed on level one and the room was very noisy. i heard hallway conversations and constant water flushing from toilets above. there seemed to be a main water line above my room causing noise all night.
