fruit bowl turn-down service complimentary water
The hotel provides complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The room included a fruit bowl. I appreciated the turn-down service and the orchid (a very nice touch!).
The gym equipment looked old. Some equipment was rusty. It does need updating.

Breakfast featured a buffet with a mix of continental and Vietnamese cuisine. I found the buffet offered something to please everyone's taste. The rooftop bar has a great range of cocktails and helpful bar staff.

The hotel overlooks the river (a pretty location). Major monuments and sights are within walking distance. It is near Notre Dame, Saigon Central Post Office, Benh Thanh Market, Book Street, Opera House, and Town Hall.

The hotel has a colonial-style architecture with historic interiors. The lobby has a amazing entrance. I did not use the pool, but it looked inviting. The 8th-floor bar offers open-air seating with views of the river.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They always had a smile. I used the hotel's car service to and from the airport and recommend it (very convenient!).

helpful staff diverse breakfast excellent location
The staff were very helpful. the breakfast had many options. the location was excellent, close to sights. i found the skybar enjoyable. It had good views.
the shower temperature was a bit inconsistent, though i did not find it a major problem.

the hotel enjoys a superb location, close to many attractions. the waterfront is close by, great for easy access to the river. the area not sketchy at all and accessible.

my room was a colonial suite and it was very spacious. i noticed that the room was well appointed with traditional furnishings. i found the bed comfortable after they changed the mattress for me.

The hotel features a skybar that provides panoramic views. the rooftop pool area includes many sun loungers. i also saw a spa. It offered many treatments, though i did not try them.

the breakfast was excellent. it had a huge variety of options (i especially loved the fresh fruit). the location was also great. it was an easy walk to many attractions.
the shower temperature was inconsistent. it changed unexpectedly (it was a bit annoying). also, the front desk service was slow.
