The location allowed me to walk to popular sights within 10 to 20 minutes. A taxi ride to the airport took about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The staff demonstrated efficiency, keeping all necessary items well stocked. The breakfast had a variety of choices, including an ice cream machine.
The gym lacked a wide variety of equipment.

The room was very clean and modern with a large bed. The bathroom featured modern fixtures. I found the overall cleanliness perfect and the modern amenities to be great.

the staff was amazing. they were very friendly and always ready to assist. i especially appreciated the quick room service. the location is also great, with main attractions within easy walking distance (saigon square is so close!).
the water bottles in the room were not complimentary.
