the hotel decor was classy. the corridors were dark, but beautiful! the room itself had an amazing view. the breakfast selection was vast with vietnamese and western options.
the hotel did not have shampoo in the bathroom, i had to wait thirty minutes to get it refilled. the hotel manager has not contacted us yet.

the hotel location is convenient. it connects directly to a shopping mall in the center. i found the pantry on each floor convenient for snacks. it offered fresh fruit and coffee.
service had some issues. breakfast was included but the manager did not honor it. the pantry i was told about was often empty. the hotel could be better considering its price.

the breakfast had a huge range of foods, i think it suited all tastes. i loved the views over the city from the top floor restaurant day and night. the staff were really friendly. each floor had a pantry and it has tea and coffee, so practical.
the room service wasnt perfect all the time. we missed something nearly every day. the free mini bar should have more, not only water. pantry was nearly empty always. i thought there was no variety.
