fantastic varietyunclear guidanceproactive hospitality
The breakfast had a fantastic variety of different foods available to choose from.
My room was not ready upon arrival , and the staff did not offer clear guidance. I had to suggest the pool area myself as an alternative place to relax. The absence of proactive hospitality, such as offering refreshments while I waited , was disappointing.

a decent stay
amazing gymattentive staffmisleading setupunexpected charges
I found the gym to be amazing! it had several treadmills and a wide selection of weights. the staff was attentive. They always ensured i had fresh towels and water.
the minibar setup seemed a bit misleading to me. chocolates were placed near the complimentary water, and i assumed they were free, so i incurred unexpected charges. the hotel should rethink this arrangement, as it can cause confusion.

the staff was wonderful. i appreciated the really good housekeeping service, as they were both efficient and quite thorough. the diverse breakfast selection at the restaurant was excellent too. there was an american station, a european station. japanese, singaporean, chinese and indian stations.
The minibar setup was a bit confusing. there were chocolates next to the water, and i thought they were complimentary. i was surprised to see a charge of around $40 sgd per day on my bill at checkout. the bar incident i experienced was quite disappointing. I felt uncomfortable.
