The staff were attentive. i even saw the full scotland rugby squad, a good surprise. the grounds are beautiful. The gardens offer a peaceful escape. i found the junior beautiful suite spacious and well-appointed with a beautiful view.
i noticed the pool area could benefit from some tidying, although it did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

I stayed in a Twin Room for three nights. The room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available. The gym had three treadmills.

i had a wonderful massage with zara. AMAZING is all i can say. I highly recommend it, she is a great masseuse and i WILL be back to have another one soon. Thanks again.
the cocktails were good but the bill had so many inconsistencies when we went to pay. the manager WAS rude to his staff when trying to fix the bill and it left a sour note.

the staff always checked on us, they wanted to see if we needed anything else. the staff are the BEST asset to this hotel, so friendly, cute, and accommodating to us. They chatted away to the kids too, this is lovely as a parent.

breakfast had such an extensive choice and EVERYTHING was fresh. gorgeous pastries were available, also freshly made pancakes, a hit with the kids. dinner was beautiful, there were sharing options, good portion sizes and excellent choice for children.

the SPA is beautiful and such a delight. the relaxation room is stocked with fresh fruit yoghurts and herbal teas, this is amazing. THE pool area is clean, it offers a refreshing experience after a workout.
