fresh breakfast friendly staff
i stayed for an event. the room was clean. breakfast was fresh and tasty (i especially liked the variety of options.). the staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Belfast Getaway
piano bar excellent cocktails great selection
My stay included access to the Piano Bar, and the service was perfect. Peter's cocktails were excellent!!! I had breakfast in the restaurant one morning and appreciated the great selection. Luggage was delivered to my room promptly after I arrived.
The hotel entrance appears a little outdated. Cracked mirrors and decals give a poor impression.

The front of house team offered a superb check-in and check-out experience, and the concierge service was also very efficient and helpful. Table service was offered at all times . Jill and Veronika were especially attentive and responsive to my needs.

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, offering a restful environment. I found the room very clean and well kept. The design made the room an oasis to return to after a long day.

The hotel is very central and conveniently located within walking distance of the Grand Central Station. Lots of bars and restaurants are nearby, offering many options for dining and entertainment. The proximity of the hotel to important attractions.

the staff were friendly .
The room seemed dated with tired decor , and the air conditioning was leaking. the bathroom was especially disappointing . It clearly needed some work.

The location was excellent. The bus station is very close. The staff were helpful and cute, so I felt grateful. My room was spacious, and the bedding felt very comfortable.
The room was not fully operational upon arrival.
