the hotel offered crystal glasses and beautifully scented toiletries. i found my room impeccably clean. the staff was attentive, acknowledging our anniversary on multiple occasions. the rooms were generous in size and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.
the keycard did not work upon returning from the pool. i noticed red spots on the duvet and one pillow, appearing to be either blood or wine. also, the welcome name on the television was incorrect.

the staff was friendly. our anniversary was acknowledged several times.
the keycard failed to work when we returned from the pool. this caused a slight delay and inconvenience before we could re-enter our room.
