great locationamicable staffamazing service
the location was wonderful near plaça de catalunya and many places around it the staff was very amicable i got amazing service from the whole team they were always kind and smiled a lot the service was really nice when i asked for a late check-out i could stay until my taxi came
we asked for something to be repaired during all days of our trip and it was never done

I found that the location was great. It let me return to the room for short rest. Freshing up was needed in July weather. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice.
We asked for something to be repaired all 3 days of my trip but it was not done. I requested capsules of coffee for the room since it was never replaced but the receptionist said he couldn't do anything till 7.30. This is very poorly ways of solving problems.
