modern space big bed helpful staff
I found functional spaces designed with the business traveller in mind. my room featured a big, very comfortable bed. the rooms might be compact, they still felt spacious due to slick design. i appreciated the staff's dedication. They were friendly and helpful.
The room lacked a kettle and glasses. I had to request water from reception. the sink's location inside the room felt unusual. the experience was somewhat inconvenient, although minor.

The location was great. I could walk to the Tate Modern easily. The staff was friendly and helpful . I liked the common area with comfortable seating and workspaces. It had many coffee shops and food nearby.
The room lacked a kettle, preventing in-room tea or coffee.

The staff was very helpful with directions (thanks again!). I liked having 24/7 access to food and drinks. The location was near restaurants and bars. It was easy to get to transport and walk to attractions nearby.
The room was quite compact. There was not much space to spend time in.

i love this hotel. the staff was super helpful and friendly. it is central to everything i wanted to do. it also features a short walk to borough market (which was amazing!). i would stay here again.
the king room i got had only one chair in the room for two people. i also had to use an ipad to control everything. when i needed the toilet, i had to search for the ipad for the lights.

the king room featured comfortable lighting. some parts of the room showed wear and tear, like the bathroom, but everything was still functioning. i found it generally satisfactory for the price.
