I found functional spaces designed with the business traveller in mind. my room featured a big, very comfortable bed. the rooms might be compact, they still felt spacious due to slick design. i appreciated the staff's dedication. They were friendly and helpful.

The room lacked a kettle and glasses. I had to request water from reception. the sink's location inside the room felt unusual. the experience was somewhat inconvenient, although minor.

The location was great. I could walk to the Tate Modern easily. The staff was friendly and helpful . I liked the common area with comfortable seating and workspaces. It had many coffee shops and food nearby.

The room lacked a kettle, preventing in-room tea or coffee.

i love this hotel. the staff was super helpful and friendly. it is central to everything i wanted to do. it also features a short walk to borough market (which was amazing!). i would stay here again.

the king room i got had only one chair in the room for two people. i also had to use an ipad to control everything. when i needed the toilet, i had to search for the ipad for the lights.
