friendly staffmold smell
The staff were friendly, they assisted with my luggage quickly.
I had a problem with the room. The air conditioning emitted a strong smell of mold and I reported it. The technician came but said everything was fine. He did nothing about the mold smell.

The location was ideal. It was easy to walk to many places of interest. Staff members were kind. Adison, the concierge, was particularly helpful with directions. The rooms were clean and well maintained (i especially liked the spaciousness).
During check-in, i felt that the process was a bit slow. There seemed to be a limited number of elevators. This caused some waiting time.

The room was quite nice. The air conditioning worked WELL, and the bed provided good comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Check-in and check-out were slow. There were only two elevators, and i always experienced a wait. The internet connection was intermittent, and i had almost no cell phone coverage in the room.
