i found the room was very clean. housekeeping refilled complimentary snacks daily. the room included a dining table and family size fridge.

convenient location proactive staff washing machine
The room had a washing machine, very convenient (i used it almost daily!). the location is quite close to the train station, about a 2-minute walk. the housekeeping staff were proactive. They always asked if i wanted my room cleaned.
the windows blinds did let in quite a bit of light, a little difficult to sleep in.

complimentary drinks small kitchen massage chair
The reception features complimentary hot drinks and water until 7 PM. The room included a washing machine and a small kitchen. Floor F has a game room, a living room, and a massage chair. I used them all. I found them very convinient.
The hot water system took a LITTLE while to adjust to my desired temperature.

spacious suite excellent location great facilities
the grand suite quadruple room was spacious. i found the location excellent. major malls like central world are within walking distance. the hotel has great facilities such as the pool, gym and gaming room.
the service could be a bit better.

Really good Stay in Prime Location
proactive staff golf course
I appreciated the proactive housekeeping staff. They always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The concierge team handled luggage efficiently (despite many bags) and met my room request. I usually stay in a room with the last two digits being -10, a corner suite offering an amazing golf course view.
The security was very poor . I forgot my suitcase in the taxi. The hotel security didn't help me contact the taxi driver to return the suitcase, even though they noted the taxi number and the hotel has CCTV. I was very disappointed that the five-star hotel couldn't do anything to help me.
Service

The staff were attentive and responsive to requests. The concierge managed luggage well, even with a large volume of guests. Housekeeping was proactive, always checking if we needed our room cleaned or fresh towels (which i appreciate).

The room was spacious and clean, it had a complimentary upgrade to a suite. I had a marvellous view overlooking the stadium. The suite included a washer-dryer. The minibar was free and restocked daily.

The hotel is very close to Ratchadamri station (it is just a 2 min walk). The location allows easy access to shopping areas. The nearest 7-Eleven is about 5 minutes walk. Central World and Big C are within walking distance.

Breakfast had many choices with diverse options available. The on-site Thai restaurant was very tasty. The hotel offers free drinks in the lobby. There is also a good breakfast buffet with many options.

chaotic breakfast insufficient service
I liked the central location. I thought I would be able to easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast became a real letdown. It seemed chaotic. The service did not reach a five-star level. Our room required more attention.
