The room was a beautiful double room. it had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, particularly tong. the hotel's location is near shopping malls. This provided convenient access.
The pool terrace felt too small. There was limited availability of sun loungers.

The location is excellent with easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to Terminal 21 mall. My room included comfortable robes and slippers. Staff welcomed us with a smile each morning at the buffet breakfast.
The hotel gave a generic answer regarding my request for early check-in and didn't follow up further.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items available, therefore it did not feel repetitive. I found many choices were offered during my four days at the hotel. Mr Tong and the team greeted us warmly each morning.

Pimrose at reception provided an upgraded room in the main building, so the room had large windows. The staff was always polite and willing to assist when asked. I liked the fast response when I had a question.

The hotel is located in an accessible area with Grab services available. There are tuk-tuks and train stations nearby if needed. I walked to several nearby restaurants. Everything was very convenient.

My room included a couch and an office corner, perfect for getting some work done. The breakfast included many options such as soup, fresh eggs made to order, and vegetarian dishes. Erng and Tong. I found the location ideal, with a short walk to the shopping mall, bars, and clubs.
The bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet, and the water did not drain as quickly as expected.

The breakfast buffet featured a variety of choices. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, and there was also a chef preparing omelets. Complimentary dessert was available in the afternoon.
