Excellent Stay with Petronas Towers View

The hotel's location was convenient. It was an easy walk to several malls and street food areas. The room was very clean and well-equipped with complimentary drinks. I especially liked the view of the Petronas Towers from my room. The breakfast had plenty of options, too. The pool was not busy, a plus for relaxation. I appreciated that the gym was open around the clock.
The hotel had a water leak in the bathroom. There was a puddle right in the middle of the floor. I wonder how they could not see it and rent the room.

I found the filtered water tap in the room very useful for refilling water bottles. staff were consistently polite and helpful, a real asset. the location struck a great balance. It was central yet surprisingly quiet. breakfast was a definite highlight, with many options, i would mention also how good it was.
I noticed the rooms weren't vacuumed. Crumbs were visible. hallways also had dirt. this detracted from the overall impression.

Fantastic City Stay!

I appreciated the central location. Bukit Bintang Market was very close. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel gave me a wonderful free upgrade to an executive suite. The executive suite had a fine view of the skyline from Merdeka 118 to the Petronas Towers.
The hotel had only five sunbeds available near the pool. It was a little inconvenient.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast service provided a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The cleaning service did an excellent job in our room, and were very prompt with our requests for room service.
