My room included a balcony facing the river. This offered a beautiful view. the hotel also operates a shuttle boat, providing easy access to icon siam.

The outdoor pool area was acceptable.
The breakfast buffet felt CHAOTIC. It was excessively crowded with guests jostling to access food, and the layout seemed poorly planned. A long queue extended into the lobby as guests waited for others to finish. This breakfast situation ruined the experience for me.

I liked the free boat service offered. It takes you to the nearby sky train. This made traveling simpler. The spacious room had amazing views of the river. I observed the cleanliness, it was very good.
The gym only had one machine for leg exercises I noticed.
