cleanliness throughout amazing view attentive staff
The room was spacious. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the suite. The balcony offered amazing city views. The breakfast buffet had great options (especially the fresh fruit!). The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They provided prompt service, ordering taxis and recording their details. The location was very convenient. It was easy to access the ferry for sightseeing. The hotel's proximity made exploring easy. I enjoyed the gym and pool. The facilities were very clean. The turndown service included chocolates, a nice touch. The focus on the little things.

amazing views friendly staff large selection
the receptionist recognized me immediately and upgraded our room. i was given a two-bedroom suite with amazing views. the suite included four balconies that had panoramic views, a amazing sight. the breakfast offered an out-of-this-world selection of dishes.
the hotel has a slight older style throughout the rooms, which may not appeal to some.

the international breakfast had so many tasty options. it really catered to everyone. the view from my balcony was fine! plus, the air conditioning in my room was very powerful, a huge plus in this climate.
my room felt a little dated and showed some wear. some minor things needed attention, like loose door handles. also, the pool area felt small considering the number of guests. it needed more sunbeds!

superb staff high-quality furniture excellent layout amazing view
the suite was a highlight, the rooms were massive! i found the furniture to be high quality. the layout was excellent. i also really liked the amazing views from the balconies.
the wait for the elevators was often quite long, a slight nuisance.

quality furniture amazing view helpful staff
The suite matched the expectation of a five-star hotel. I found the staff superb and ready to support any request (very helpful!). The room was massive with high-quality furniture. An excellent layout and an amazing view from the balconies added to the overall experience.
Waiting for the elevators was sometimes quite long.
