The location was very convenient. It's near the metro and the skytrain station, made getting around simple. The staff were always polite and ready to assist. I appreciated their helpfulness. I found the rooftop pool a nice place to relax. It offered a great way to cool off. The breakfast provided sufficient choice. I especially liked the variety of options available.

The gym is small, so it was difficult to use all the equipment sometimes.

the hotel location is very convenient, close to both the bts and the mrt stations. the rooftop pool provided a refreshing experience after exploring the city (it's a great way to unwind). i also appreciated the modern bathroom fixtures. i found the room spacious enough and the shower had great pressure, a definite plus after a long day.

i noticed some road noise from my room at times, particularly during peak hours. earplugs could be helpful for light sleepers.

the hotel has a great location near the terminal 21 shops and sukhumvit night market the room was clean and a good size all staff were friendly and pleasant i enjoyed the comfort bed.

the gym equipment looked old it needed updating.
