broken coffee machine
It was difficult to sleep past 7 AM because of it. the coffee machine in the room did not work. I had to go downstairs for coffee each morning, I really did not like it.

We loved the convenient location. it was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions. i especially appreciated the daily piano concert. It added a unique, romantic touch to the evenings.
