I found the room spacious and well-equipped. The swimming pool and sauna were available for use. I appreciated the hotel posting forgotten items back to Sweden. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices.

The breakfast included many options. Self-service for drinks occurred in the lobby (this only happened sometimes!). Breakfast in the restaurant was a different experience as the waiter served tea and coffee.

the staff were friendly. the location was very good! it was only 15 minutes to the city center.
i was very disappointed by this hotel as it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. no one helped us with luggage when we arrived, though the breakfast was poor for a 5 star hotel.

the room was spacious and very clean i found the bed comfortable for sleeping i enjoyed having access to a variety of tv channels. the hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to requests i made.
the gym equipment showed some wear and tear.
