fresh pastries separate shower updated equipment flat pillows ineffective air conditioning stuffy room
the breakfast had many options (i really liked the fresh pastries). the room i had included a large bathroom with a separate shower. the fitness center had updated equipment.
the pillows in the room were quite flat. i found it difficult to get comfortable. the air conditioning did not seem to work effectively. the temperature was hard to adjust, and the room felt stuffy.

rushed service worn carpets
The pool was nice, though I wish the steam room had been working .
The restaurant staff really bothered me. They were too quick to snatch plates, even when I was still eating (it happened multiple times). It felt rushed and not what I expected at all. my room's carpets seemed old and worn.

I found the room spacious and well-equipped. The swimming pool and sauna were available for use. I appreciated the hotel posting forgotten items back to Sweden. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
The minibar fridge was empty upon arrival.

The breakfast included many options. Self-service for drinks occurred in the lobby (this only happened sometimes!). Breakfast in the restaurant was a different experience as the waiter served tea and coffee.

A swimming pool and sauna are present. A gym is also available (I didn't use it). There is a beautiful piano in the lobby.

the staff were friendly. the location was very good! it was only 15 minutes to the city center.
i was very disappointed by this hotel as it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. no one helped us with luggage when we arrived, though the breakfast was poor for a 5 star hotel.

the room was spacious and very clean i found the bed comfortable for sleeping i enjoyed having access to a variety of tv channels. the hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to requests i made.
the gym equipment showed some wear and tear.

helpful staff well-equipped gym convenient supercharger
the staff was helpful and efficient i needed some documents printed and they handled it quickly. the hotel has a well equipped gym with several cardio machines and free weights. i liked the tesla supercharger available on site allowing for convenient charging of my vehicle.
the elevator service was a bit slow sometimes resulting in a short wait.
