Really good Stay with Perfect Service
smiling doorman classic lobby multilingual staff suprising upgrade
The doorman greeted me with a smile and promptly handled my luggage. The lobby exuded a classic charm and felt very cute. The reception staff demonstrated excellent multilingual skills assisting me smoothly. I was really surprised by an upgrade to the club floor after winning a daily draw.

I appreciated the breakfastwith fresh juices. I also enjoyed the omelette. The room was spacious, and the bed proved comfortable.
The staff entered my room without knocking. I felt that it was not very respectful of my privacy. I had aspired a bit of privacy in a personal room.

really good service and great amenities!
helpful staff breakfast options club upgrade
oksana was very helpful in planning our night out. She provided great recommendations and was always available. the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. i also appreciated the upgrade to the club floor, it.
i found that some of the gym equipment was not fully functional. the cycling machines only operated on a pre-set program, which i found impossible to change. the staff at the fitness centre reception were often absent, i had to wait to get a key to the locker room.

the room was large with a decent bathroom. bluetooth connectivity to the tv was great, too. the room offered ample space and a comfortable environment .

the hotel is close to public transportation, this makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. it is approximately a ten minute walk from the royal route. i found the location to be great for accessing city center attractions.

Wonderful stay!
friendly staff breakfast choices vegetarian meals lovely shops
I found the staff very friendly. The breakfast had many choices and tasted great. I enjoyed the room service with good vegetarian meals. The location is near many lovely shops.
The gym equipment seemed to operate only on a pre-set program, which i found difficult to change.

My beautiful guest room included separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It also provided ample space for luggage and movement, which i found very helpful. The room had modern decor and a comfortable king bed.

Some Issues at this hotel
absent staff unfixed equipment
The staff knocked without waiting. I found it odd. They just came right in. It was quite a surprise. I'm not sure if that's normal here, but I wanted a little more privacy. The gym was also a letdown because some equipment didn't work properly.
