The doorman greeted me with a smile and promptly handled my luggage. The lobby exuded a classic charm and felt very cute. The reception staff demonstrated excellent multilingual skills assisting me smoothly. I was kinda surprised by an upgrade to the club floor after winning a daily draw.

oksana was very helpful in planning our night out. She provided great recommendations and was always available. the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. i also appreciated the upgrade to the club floor, it.
i found that some of the gym equipment was not fully functional. the cycling machines only operated on a pre-set program, which i found impossible to change. the staff at the fitness centre reception were often absent, i had to wait to get a key to the locker room.

the hotel is close to public transportation, this makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. it is approximately a ten minute walk from the royal route. i found the location to be great for accessing city center attractions.

I found the staff very friendly. The breakfast had many choices and tasted great. I enjoyed the room service with good vegetarian meals. The location is near many lovely shops.
The gym equipment seemed to operate only on a pre-set program, which i found difficult to change.

Some Issues at this hotel
absent staffunfixed equipment
The staff knocked without waiting. I found it odd. They just came right in. It was quite a surprise. I'm not sure if that's normal here, but I wanted a little more privacy. The gym was also a letdown because some equipment didn't work properly.
