The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. The tram stop is just in front of the building, which makes access to various parts of the city very easy. The room I had was very clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Free coffee and tea were available in the lobby.
The hotel charged an extra fee for parking per day. The cost was 23 Euro , which I found a bit excessive. It would be helpful if parking were included in the room rate or offered at a lower price.

The room was big enough and the beds very comfy!!! i also loved the ceilings. They were very efficient in keeping the room super quiet from traffic. plus, the kitchen had everything i needed. It was so well-equipped. i especially liked the ironing set. I found it inside a cupboard!
It looked like the floors hadn't been cleaned super well. I saw some random hair on the bathroom floor. there were also some food stains on the floor in the kitchenette area. housekeeping costs extra too. I didn't like that you have to stay for 6 nights or more to get it included.

The location was excellent, close to the tram line, with access around the city. The room provided ample space. It included a functional kitchen area with a refrigerator and a microwave. I also appreciated the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available from the machine downstairs. It was a nice touch.
I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. It remained quite warm. I even had the windows open, but the room never cooled down enough. I spoke to the staff, but they were unable to adjust the central heating system.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They readily assisted with directions. The front desk offered complimentary coffee and pastries occasionally. It was a cute gesture.
