The hotel has an amazing aesthetic! the cafe and work area in the lobby were super convenient. i also loved the rooftop bar. It had such a great vibe! natalie at reception was very nice. She gave me a complimentary drinks voucher since we celebrated my sister's birthday there.
The rooftop bar gets a bit noisy on the upper floors. This is due to its location. it can be a little disturbing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, and i felt genuinely cared for. the reception team handled my check-in efficiently!

breakfast was a highlight, and the dishes were delicious! it was served, so there was no buffet, which i actually preferred. the coffee shop was also a hit, serving amazing coffee throughout the day!

uncomfortable pillowsextortionate minibar
the room i got was smaller than i anticipated. the pillows were ridiculously uncomfortable, i must say. additionally, the minibar prices felt extortionate, even for a hotel, it really hit my mood.

charming experience
nice spacewater stationgood vibe
the rooms has nice space. the breakfast were lovely. i saw water filling stations available, still and sparkling, that were appreciated a lot. the rooftop bar has a good vibe.
the noise level from the private party venue on floor 7 were too loud on saturday night. i miss the old personal check in and out. now they have screens and staff around to help if need be.

shower curtainpoor info
the studio room i had wasn't great. it felt smaller than expected. the bathroom shower only had a curtain, and the table took up too much space. it seemed cheap, not what i expect for the price. also, the staff at check-in didn't give much info, and i had to wait to get my key. i think this hotel needs to get his act together.
