attentive staff excellent facilities spacious room
i really appreciated the attentive staff. the facilities were excellent, and the room felt very spacious. it was clean and exceeded my expectations for a five-star hotel! i will go back.
The wi-fi signal in certain areas could have been stronger. Sometimes it was a bit spotty, but not very often.

the executive room featured a comfortable king bed, a well-lit desk, and a seating area. i noted the presence of ample closet space and a modern entertainment system! it was easy to relax.

I must say, the location was great, so central! access to nearby attractions was so easy. the hotel's elegance really impressed me plus the rooms were super clean. the team was super friendly! they provided helpful service. I can't forget that.
The coffee shop staff was not so kind. That was a slight disappointment.

Erina at the front desk really looked after me. she gave me the best room. the executive lounge is also nice. security in the hotel is great. That's important.
The concierge service was bad. And the manager seemed rude. i asked for a business lunch reservation, and they messed it up.

underwhelming experience , some issues need addressing
small room disorganized reception
the location was central , making it easy to access attractions and sights.
the room i received didn't quite match what i expected , it felt smaller than anticipated and the promised upgrade never materialized , despite my gold bonvoy status. also , the reception seemed disorganized when i tried to confirm some requests , it seemed like i was being passed around without a clear resolution. this left me feeling a bit disregarded before i even arrived.

the executive lounge was acceptable , with many tasty treats.
the staff did not give a sh. i asked a waiter for something ten times, and he did not apologize for making me ask ten times. also , the waiter tried to fit 2 pots of tea and 8 cups onto a small coffee table that already had 4 plates with knives and forks and unfinished food
