the queue to collect coats was crazy long, so the cloakroom process needs to be rethought.

the staff did not give a sh. i asked a waiter for something ten times, and he did not apologize for making me ask ten times. also , the waiter tried to fit 2 pots of tea and 8 cups onto a small coffee table that already had 4 plates with knives and forks and unfinished food
