Excellent stay
super clean room convenient location friendly staff
The room was super clean, and it was a superior double single room. The location is convenient. I could walk to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
The shower was a little tricky to turn off, I had to apply considerable force.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The buffet had many options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and a full hot breakfast selection. The restaurant staff were attentive and kept everything well-stocked and clean, which I appreciated.

slow room service non-functional telephone
I found that the room service was quite slow. It took over an hour for my order to arrive after I was initially told it would take only twenty minutes. The telephone in my room did not function either. Maintenance attempted a repair, but they were unsuccessful.

dirty pillows poor sandwich
i discovered both pillows had someone else's grey hairs. i told reception and even emailed photos at their request, but i heard nothing back. room service took over an hour when i was told it would be 20 minutes. i was overcharged €7, and the sandwich was tiny and sad. it had wilted leaves. the menu said 24-hour service, but the guy on the phone first said it was finished. it is a shame the room was beautiful. i received no resolution or apology.

The breakfast room was well-managed, even when it was busy. The pool was an added bonus, I liked it.
There were no places in the room to keep clothes except for hangers.

The room was spacious. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Breakfast featured coffee machines. Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the underground carpark. It provided secure parking for my vehicle.
I noticed some slight delays at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.
