missing fridge outside noise
the staff were nice and very helpful. the location met my needs perfectly.
i was disappointed that my room lacked certain amenities. there was no fridge in the room, a real inconvenience for storing drinks or snacks. also, the noise from outside (it seemed like it never stopped!) kept me awake a couple of nights. i'd hoped for a quieter stay.

Central Location, Great Amenities
tourist area complete amenities great location
The hotel is very close to many tourist spots. Trafalgar Square is just around the corner. I could easily walk to the London Eye. The room had a fridge and a microwave, that was really useful.

unfriendly staff lacking milk
the location is quite central (i really liked that).
the staff i encountered were quite unwelcoming. my room also didn't quite live up to the expectations set by a hotel of this supposed standard. the tea selection was disappointing because there was no milk.

Adequate Location, but Room Issues
missing window constant noise
The location proved convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions.
I was assigned a room below street level. It lacked a window. The constant noise from passing trains kept me awake at night (it was quite disruptive). I have stayed at this hotel before and had better experiences.

great location metro station nearby restaurants old furniture dark courtyard loud air conditioning
The hotel location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The metro station was very close, a definite plus. I found many restaurants and pubs nearby (always a bonus after a long day).
The room furniture seemed quite old to me. My window faced a dark courtyard. It wasn't very scenic. The air conditioning was quite loud, which bothered me a little at night.

mixed feelings about this stay
outdated bathroom small room
the location was acceptable, placing me close to many attractions.
My room felt quite small, and it lacked a proper wardrobe. It was just inconvenient for storing my clothes . the bathroom seemed outdated and could really use some maintenance.
